As we continue in Mark 3, Mark includes an interesting description of Jesus and he dealt with the masses that gathered to follow him. We compare this to Matthew's depiction, which offers us more insight in the reasons why Jesus did what he did - pointing to him as the sovereign servant of Isaiah who would bring justice, hope, and victory to God's people!
